What’s an operating system (OS)?

2️⃣ Patient management

Patient management is enabled by the powerful Patient App which is branded with your clinic’s logo and colours.

As part of starting a new treatment, patients download the app and connect to your clinic. From this point patients manage their fertility journey via the app: they can communicate with your care teams on chat or video calls, see upcoming appointments, treatment and lab results, when to take medication, and even see pictures of their embryos. Patients also receive consent forms and can sign directly in the app.

3️⃣ Invoicing and payments

With wawa it’s also easier for your team to make sure all appointments are billed and paid for. Your admin team can define costs for each appointment type and draft invoices are created automatically as appointments are completed. Your team can review and push out the invoices directly in wawa. This means all appointments and resources are billed for.

And it’s easier for patients too. They can pay directly in the app via their favorite payment options. Transaction fees are typically significantly lower with wawa relative to clinic’s existing payment systems.

Finally, wawa sends automatic reminders for outstanding payments, which save time for your team and increases your collection rate in some cases by up to 10%.

In short, the payments module provides a powerful experience for both your care teams and patients and has a wonderful impact on your bottom line.
