We make it possible to customise your opening hours every day, and the chat aligns to that. Patients can always send a message, and you can always respond, but we try and align expectations.

How can I make sure the right people see chat messages?

You can choose to route messages to specific care teams. Each route has an auto-responder, so you can give patients an idea of how long they might be waiting for a response.

Can we exchange files?

Patients and care teams can exchange files, photos and documents in the chat. They're automatically organised into the Patient's profile.
