Highlights

We’ve made a bunch of changes to the product to make it easier to convert patients from interested to booked in for a consultation. Under the hood, that’s lots of work to find available slots, define booking pages and more. We think we’ve made it into a pretty simple setup for you!

  • Booking pages → allow you to create customised booking pages for all your different patient groups, and funnel them to appointment types with the right people, at the right time. If Calendly made a baby with an EMR, it’d work like this!
  • Patient portal → allows patients to login and view information about their appointments, consents, invoices and surveys - without downloading the app. We recognise this is a big commitment for patients who aren’t sure if they’ll proceed yet, so we eliminated the friction point. You can enable patients to onboard themselves into the app from the patient web portal, too.
  • Patient status → reflects where patients are in the journey, and crucially, if they’re a Lead that needs following-up on.
  • When booking, patients can be immediately invoiced. Just add a Billable Product to the appointment type. Whether this invoice is paid is reflected directly on the calendar overview, you don’t need to go digging in the accounts!
  • You can automatically send a Blueprint (survey, consent, task, etc) to the patient after booking by configuring this on the appointment type.
