Our Q2 results

We’re building the wawa fertility platform to be as easy as possible to use and configure - but if you need some help, or something doesn’t work as you expect, we’re here to help.

We provide support via email and Intercom, a messaging app that’s embedded in the platform.

Over the last 12 weeks, we received 326 inbound support requests from care team members. We’re really proud of these performance numbers and intend to keep them at this high level - quick responses (we have some friendly competition internally to see who’s first to respond!), quick resolution times, and 🤩 satisfactory resolutions!
