Prompts are assigned to different teams
Highlights
- Customise 4 prompts that patients see in the chat when they start a fresh conversation
- You choose the prompt, and the team to assign to that type of message
- You can now assign Teams to messages, not just individuals
- You can choose to have an automated response to all messages
- And a default for if patients just start talking without choosing anything!
Further improvements
- We’ve also updated opening hours: they can now be configured for every day, and not just weekdays/weekends
- Performance improvements - chat is significantly faster in the app
- Patients can delete their own messages in app
- Links clicked in the chat remain in the context of the app, rather than punching-out into a browser
Configuration
- Navigate to Settings → Communications
- Customise your prompts
- Optional: enable/disable automatic responses
- Optional: “Chat opening hours” tab to customise your daily opening hours
